The online submission for the 2024 Eerie Horror Fest is NOW OPEN.

The Eerie Horror Fest is currently accepting film submissions for our 2024 October event.

Deadlines

For the receipt of short and feature films.

Earlybird Deadline: March 31, 2024
Regular Deadline: June 30, 2024
Late Deadline: July 20, 2024

International Competition 2024

Overview of Submission Requirements:

Submissions: In order to be considered for Eerie Horror Fest selection, both the online entry form and the selection screener must be received between February 23, 2024 and July 20, 2024. A successfully completed submission does not guarantee inclusion of the film in our festival program.

Submission Fees: Please view film categories and associated fees in conjunction with deadline pricing at filmfreeway.com/eeriehorrorfest.

Date of Film Completion: After July 31, 2022. Re-submissions are not eligible.

Film Categories & Running Times: Feature Film with a runtime of 50 minutes or more; Short Film with a runtime of less than 50 minutes.

Competition & Awards:

Best of the Fest Award: $1,000 cash awarded to best of the Fest. Plus a timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

New Blood Award: Awarded to a First-time film director(s) - Plus a timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

Best Sound Award: A timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

Best Special/Visual FX Award: A timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

Best Cinematography Award: A timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

Best Costume Design Award: A timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

Best Editing Award: A timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.

Best Production Design Award: A timeslot in our Awards Ceremony block and a "Skullie" award designed by "Monster" Mark Kosobucki.
